These terms govern use of MySite services for creating and managing business websites in Qatar. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Scope

MySite builds and maintains bilingual business websites, including setup, publishing, and updates based on agreed package scope.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is confirmed in writing before delivery. Payment terms, billing cycles, and renewal terms are stated in your invoice or service agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business details, media, and approval contacts.
• Confirm corrections and requested updates in a timely manner.
• Ensure rights to logos, images, and proprietary content submitted to us.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers retain ownership of their business brand assets. Domain and hosting ownership structure is defined in the signed service agreement.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund handling follows the plan terms shown in your accepted quote or invoice. Any approved refund is processed to the original payment method when possible.

Limitation of Liability

MySite is not liable for losses caused by third-party platform outages, source data inaccuracies, or customer-provided content errors. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct issues under our control.
